A Tribute to Owl City and Adam Young.
So this entire weekend, I’ve been working on something huge.
And paper, of course.
I’ve made a ton of things out of paper before. From entire cities and snow to the moon and stars. So I’m making something that might be taller than me. I am actualy making a sculpture that pretty much means wearing my personality on my sleeve. So that’s exactly what I’m gonna do.
I was randomly sifting through Bing and looking at Owl City images, and saw some impressive drawings and comics, which shows how many people are dedicated to his music. So, I decided to make a 3d tribute of my own out of paper. Here’s some of the pictures:
It’s been pretty hard so far in the past two days. I’m already out of the paper I need and I won’t be getting any more until Tuesday. I want it to be tall, but at the same time I want to be able to reach it. Which makes it all the more hard to accomplish. I knew what came with attempting this, so I’ll be fine trying to control it.
No one said this would be easy. I’m also out of tape too.
This is gonna be fun, at least.
